This video tutorial shows you how to add comments quickly to your word document using a keyboard shortcut in Windows and how to customize.The default keyboar. Use a Keyboard Shortcut. You can also insert the date with the keystroke ALT-SHIFT-D. This inserts the date as a field — click on it to see the field container. To change the format, use the instructions above to change the Default style, and reinsert the field. The field maintains the original date. Click on the UPDATE button to change it to. Learn how to add comments in Word and some clever tricks to do it faster with keyboard shortcuts (which is what we are all about). #MicrosoftWord #CommentsSU. There is a series of three keys that you need to press to add a comment at the position of cursor in the document. Remember that the New Comment tool is present in the Review tab. C for Comment and R for Review.
Once the Comments Pane is opened, you can use this shortcut to add a comment to the slide you currently have selected.

Thank you for this site! I have one suggestion (so far), please add the shortcut for nonbreaking spaces - [Ctrl]+[Shift]+Spacebar.
